Richard Bradford - Chief Executive Officer

Richard has a background in leading businesses, providing solutions and services to both private and public sectors. Specifically, he has led facilities management companies in private equity, and had an eleven year period as Chief Executive of Carlisle Group, including an AIM market listing and subsequent merger to create Impellam Group. Richard’s early career was with Exel Logistics, now part of DHL. Richard is also a non-executive director of Matchtech Group Plc (AIM: MTEC).

Sarah Bricknell - Corporate Development Director

Sarah has been with InHealth since 2002 and has advised on a wide range of contractual agreements and commercial arrangements with the NHS and has been instrumental in NHS Wave 2 Diagnostics contracts as well as a wide variety of NHS relationships with Trusts, PCTs, Commissioners and Department of Health and governing bodies.  Sarah gained considerable commercial and legal experience whilst working with BAE Systems and Spirent plc and her background in private practice.

Patrick Carter - Managing Director, Community Healthcare Services

Patrick has extensive experience of healthcare in a varied capacity, developing products for healthcare capitation programmes and building up a national chain of occupational health clinics. He founded Vista Diagnostics which provided MRI scans and other diagnostic services for both independent and NHS clients. He sold Vista Diagnostics to InHealth and has stayed with the company to manage the development of Community Healthcare Services. 

Alice Cummings - Group Finance Director

Alice has extensive financial and commercial experience gained from working with suppliers and customers in both the private sector and in UK Government and US Federal Government departments. She was previously CFO and Deputy Company Secretary of the environmental, energy efficiency and data management consultancy, the AEA Group, having also held a number of leadership roles within the Group. Her previous career was with South West Water plc after having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Dr Ursula Montgomery - Director of Clinical Governance

Ursula has responsibility for Quality and Clinical teams and the development of clinical excellence. She continues to practise in Leicestershire as a part time GP in addition to her role as Director of Clinical Governance at InHealth.  Ursula has a commitment to NHS work as well as a background in independent sector/NHS partnerships.

David Rose - Managing Director - Hospitals

David has worked extensively within the NHS over a lengthy period. He has been Chief Executive of Hereford Hospitals NHS Trust as well as having roles in University Hospital, Birmingham, NHS Modernisation Agency and NHS Warwickshire.  David joined InHealth and leads our Hospital services and solutions, after previous independent sector experience as Managing Director, Primecare, within Saga Healthcare.

Mark Stanton - IT Director

Mark has a background in consulting and delivery, joining InHealth from Celerant, a consulting business, where he led the IT team to deliver a consolidated outsourced data centre solution to support global business. Mark has held a number of senior IT positions including running IT Operations for the BUPA Group and managing large scale IT outsource projects for General Motors businesses in Europe. Mark has also held a number of IT positions within the Telecoms sector.
