Patient Satisfaction
InHealth monitor feedback from all patients through a patient satisfaction survey which is carried out by an independent organisation, Howard Warwick Associates (HWA). A quarterly patient satisfaction report is produced for each diagnostic unit based on feedback from patients who visit.
