About the Nottingham PET/CT Centre:
The Nottingham PET/CT Centre is a purpose-built facility at Nottingham City Hospital. Housed in a modern and spacious building, the Nottingham PET/CT Centre is finished to the highest standards with comfortable and welcoming patient waiting areas, changing rooms and state-of-the-art scanning and clinical facilities. The Centre offers easy access to both able and disabled visitors, with highly trained staff ready to make the patient experience as pleasant as possible. Our PET/CT personnel are some of the most experienced in the UK, having collectively conducted in excess of 2,700 PET/CT patient scans, and to ensure patient safety we have a qualified Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) and carry out regular Clinical and Health Safety Audits.

By rail:
The nearest stations are Bulwell station which is 1.7 miles from the hospital and Nottingham station, which is 3.5 miles from the hospital.

By bus:
Bus routes serving the hospital are 16. 17. 18 and the free Medilink service which runs between the Queens Medical Centre Campus and the City Hospital Campus.

By road:
The Nottingham PET/CT Centre is situated on the City Hospital Campus on Hucknall Road, close to the junction with Valley Road (A6514). Enter the hospital through Gate 1 (the third gate from the roundabout). The PET/CT Centre is situated in Heathfield Way which is on the left just inside Gate 1. There is limited amount of disabled parking available. The main hospital site has pay and display car parks. Please remember to bring change with you and allow plenty of time to find a parking space.
