Quarterly Patient Satisfaction
InHealth monitors feedback from all patients through a patient satisfaction survey that is carried out by an independent organisation called Howard Warwick Associates (HWA). A quarterly patient satisfaction report is produced for each unit based on feedback from all patients who visit. Within each unit the results are analysed and areas requiring attention are prioritised.
