General information:

Turn left when exiting Upney station and Barking Hospital is the first turning on the left hand side. Enter main entrance, follow road round to left, proceed past Hedgecock Centre car park towards Eastbury ward, scanner is situated on the right hand side. This is a mobile unit in the car park of Barking Hospital and not in the walk in centre which is located further down Upney lane.

Road directions: 

From the A406 take the exit for Barking (last exit before A13) and follow London Road through the town centre to Longbridge Road. At Faircross Parade shops turn right at the traffic lights into Upney Lane - the hospital is 3/4 mile down on the right. Barking Hospital is located in East London adjacent to Upney Tube Station and close to both the A406 North Circular Road and the A13. This is a mobile unit in the car park and is not based in the Walk in centre.

Bus directions: 

Number 62 bus stops outside the hospital.

Train directions: 

The nearest National Rail train station is Barking, then catch the 62 bus to Upney Lane. The nearest tube station is Upney, which is on the District line. When leaving the station turn left into Upney Lane where Barking Hospital is located on the left.
