Referrer Satisfaction
InHealth monitor feedback from all referrers through a referrer satisfaction survey that is carried out by an independent organisation, Howard Warwick Associates (HWA). Referrer satisfaction reports are produced for services based on the feedback from referrers using the service. The results are analysed and areas requiring attention are prioritised.
