Richard Bradford - Chief Executive Officer

Richard has a background in leading businesses, providing solutions and services to both private and public sectors. He was previously CEO of LPM Group, Sovereign Capital’s group of facilities management investments, after an eleven year period as Chief Executive of Carlisle Group up to and including the merger to create Impellam Group. Richard’s early career was with Exel Logistics, now part of DHL.

Richard is also a non-executive director of Matchtech Group Plc (AIM: MTEC).

Sarah Bricknell - Commercial and Legal Director

Sarah gained considerable commercial and legal experience whilst working with BAE Systems and Spirent plc and her background in private practice. Since joining InHealth she has advised on a wide range of contractual agreements and commercial arrangements with the NHS and has had close involvement in two NHS Wave 2 Diagnostics contracts, one in London and one for the PET/CT South Service.  

Sarah Wilson - Medical Director

Sarah trained as a doctor in Dundee and worked in Scotland and London as a junior doctor before training in Public Health in Nottingham. Sarah was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Nottingham Medical School and then a Director of Public Health and Medical Director in the Nottingham Health Authority and Trent Strategic Health Authority.

Alice Cummings - Group Finance Director

Alice was appointed to the Board as Finance Director in December 2011. She has extensive financial and commercial experience gained from working with suppliers and customers in both the private sector and in UK Government and US Federal Government departments. She was previously CFO and Deputy Company Secretary of the environmental, energy efficiency and data management consultancy, the AEA Group, having also held a number of leadership roles within the Group including Finance Director of the Environment business, Deputy Managing Director of the Nuclear Programmes business and Chief Accountant. Her previous career was with South West Water plc after having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. She is a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mike Fox-Davies - Operations Director

Mike joined InHealth after many years in the service support industry. Prior to InHealth, with Sodexo Healthcare, Mike was responsible for over 40 private hospitals, 20 care homes and home services. The ten years prior to that were spent negotiating and operating major support service camps for the construction and oil industry.  

Jonathan Gifford - Operations Director, Molecular Imaging

Jonathan has a background in both clinical and commercial management in the healthcare sector. He qualified as a radiographer and a sonographer during his clinical career. He spent 8 years in the NHS followed by 22 in the private sector and industry. He has held positions dealing at all levels with the independent sector, health service management and offering service provisions to both sectors of the market. 

Mark Stanton - IT Director

Mark came from Celerant, a consulting business, where he led the IT team to deliver a consolidated outsourced data centre solution to support global business. Mark has held a number of senior IT positions including running IT Operations for the BUPA Group and managing Large Scale IT outsource projects for General Motors businesses in Europe. Mark has also held a number of IT positions within the Telecoms sector.

Patrick Carter - Director

Patrick is operationally responsible for the delivery of the London NHS Diagnostic Service and is responsible for all of our primary care business nationally. 

He has extensive experience of the healthcare industry in a varied capacity, developing products for healthcare capitation programmes and building up a national chain of occupational health clinics.  He founded Vista Diagnostics which provided MRI scans and other diagnostic services for both independent and NHS clients. He sold Vista Diagnostics to InHealth and has stayed with the company to manage the London NHS Diagnostic Service which provides NHS GPs with direct access to 10 different diagnostic modalities throughout London.
