We have partnered with Cemplicity to launch our new digital patient experience survey, offering our patients the opportunity to provide detailed online feedback on their clinical journey, like never before. Building on the NHS Friends & Family Test, patients are able to give us more detail on how they felt, how they were treated and what is important to them. The enhanced feedback we receive from patients gives our front-line teams the insight necessary to make positive change throughout the patient journey.
When booking an appointment, patients are invited to opt-in to receive the survey by email, which they can then complete from the comfort of their own home.
