Geoff Searle

Chief Executive Officer

Geoff joined InHealth in March 2017 as Managing Director and moved to the role of CEO in 2019.

Prior to joining InHealth, Geoff was Head of Provider Networks at Southern Cross, New Zealand’s largest health insurer, for over three years. Previously, he was CEO of Integrated Pathology Networks and Commercial Director at Dr Foster in the UK. He also has first-hand experience of working with the NHS, having been involved in commissioning the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) programme for the Department of Health and Social Care. Geoff qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Dan Annetts

Chief Operating Officer – Integrated Diagnostics

Dan joined InHealth in 2021 from Totally Plc, a leading independent provider of healthcare services to the NHS, where he was Commercial Director. Prior to Totally Plc, Dan was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Greenbrook Healthcare, a primary care organisation delivering high quality A&E-based urgent care health services to the NHS. Greenbrook Healthcare was established in 2007 and acquired by Totally Plc in 2019.

Dan has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD. He worked in strategy consulting and at Virgin Media before specialising in healthcare.

Dan is passionate about building high quality, innovative healthcare services for patients.

Amelia Staniland

Chief Operating Officer – Community Diagnostic Centres

Amelia has extensive operational experience in healthcare, working for independent sector providers delivering primary, secondary and community services for the NHS for over 12 years. Amelia joined InHealth in 2012 and in 2022 took on the role of Chief People Officer, where she lead the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of the InHealth team. After two years, Amelia then progressed into the role of Chief Operating Officer – Community Diagnostic Centres.

Amelia has a background in science, starting her career with Pfizer after completing a BSc in Pharmacology & Physiology at the University of Manchester. She subsequently studied a PhD in Neuroscience at King’s College London before moving into healthcare. Amelia graduated from the Henley Business School with an MBA in 2023.

Antony Keay

Chief Growth Officer

Antony has worked for the InHealth Group for over 15 years, joining InHealth Intelligence as a Senior Account Manager in 2007, progressing to Sales Director and then moving into his most recent role as Business Development Director for InHealth in 2019.

Having studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Nottingham, his personal interest in digital technology supported him becoming Co-Founder of a software company focussing on advanced imaging. He then joined InHealth Intelligence where he spent many years exploring how to introduce and embed technology to improve healthcare, leading to him playing an integral role in establishing the successful Targeted Lung Health Check programme that is now in place across the country.

Antony’s extensive experience with InHealth and his passion for healthcare give him the opportunity to inject fresh thinking into how we support our partners and customers, and increase the number of patients that we help and support each year.

Dr. Reem Hasan

Chief Medical Officer

Reem graduated from Newcastle University in 2005 where she was awarded the medical school prize in psychiatry. She completed her VTS at University College London Hospital and has a broad range of experience working as a GP. She currently works as a private GP, an NHS GP and runs a women’s charity clinic in Camden.

As a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, she also holds postgraduate diplomas in obstetrics and gynaecology, child health, sexual health and family planning, occupational health and lifestyle medicine. She has special interests in mental health, lifestyle medicine and acupuncture.  Dr Hasan has held committee roles at the Royal College of General Practitioners and has published and presented internationally in the fields of psychiatry and primary care.

Prior to becoming InHealth’s Chief Medical Officer in 2021, Reem was Medical Director at Preventicum, which provides world-class, doctor-led preventive health assessments to UK and international clients in a state-of-the-art, luxury clinic in London.

Steven Scott

Chief Financial Officer

Steve is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the ICAEW and started his career with PWC before joining InHealth in 2014 as Group Financial Accountant. Steve progressed to Commercial Director prior to taking on responsibility for Gastroenterology and Screening as Director of Operations in 2019 and in 2021, became Chief Financial Officer.

During his time with InHealth, Steve has led considerable growth and has a keen understanding of customer needs and market position. His drive for innovation and delivery has demonstrated success through the rapid expansion of the mobile endoscopy service and other growth areas.

Steve has unique experience in commercial, financial and operational leadership and works closely with the operational and commercial teams to deliver on the InHealth strategy.

Maz Fosh

Chief People Officer

Maz joined InHealth in September 2023 as Chief People Officer, having previously spent 13 years in the NHS, with her last 4 years as CEO in Community Health Services. Prior to this, she was an Executive Director for 6 years with a broad portfolio, which included; the People agenda (Human Resources, Employee Relations, Culture, Organisational Development and training), Service Transformation, Estates & Facilities, Health and Safety, Digital, two clinical services and Deputy CEO. She also spent three and a half years in the acute sector in Human Resources roles.

Maz joined the NHS in 2009 after completing 14 years in the Police service, where she held several senior Human Resource positions, including the Force’s Diversity Manager, Senior Business Partner and Recruitment Manager.

Maz is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is passionate about all things people. Her professional interests are in compassionate leadership, culture, performance development coaching, talent management and diversity and inclusion.

Mark Reynolds

Chief Technology Officer

Mark has extensive experience in digital health gained in the NHS and private sector. He joined InHealth in 2023, having previously worked as the Chief Technology Officer at NHS Digital during the pandemic. Here he had technology responsibility for initiatives including COVID vaccinations, Oximetry at Home and COVID pass. The work required building new systems at pace, repurposing existing IT systems in a way that met clinical and operational needs. It also meant supporting colleagues, including in the executive team, during a very difficult time. Mark has also worked as a CIO at a large acute and community Trust.

Mark is a Chartered Fellow in the British Computer Society and an honorary lecturer at the University of Warwick Medical School. He received a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement by NHS Digital for his COVID work and shared in the Civil Service Award for Collaboration with the rest of the Shielding programme. Mark is also the author of Digital Health in the NHS.

Phil Kirby

Managing Director InHealth Intelligence

Phil spent 13 years in the NHS as a Senior Manager responsible for IT, registration and screening functions, providing information analytics and population-based programmes. He holds an MBA on the Health Executive programme from Keele University.

Phil founded Health Intelligence in 1996 and maintains a vital role in the company to shape strategy and innovation. After becoming part of the InHealth Group in 2016, InHealth Intelligence has grown to more than 700 staff and 20 offices and successfully run nationwide Diabetic Eye Screening Programmes, Targeted Lung Health Checks, Child Health Information Services and more.

His experience from within the NHS and independent sector has given him an in-depth understanding of how cross sector population-based solutions can help the NHS overcome key challenges.
