Richard has a background in leading businesses which provide solutions and services to both private and public sectors. He began his career in logistics and facilities management working with Exel Logistics (now part of DHL). More recently, Richard spent an eleven year period as Chief Executive of Carlisle Group, leading the group through an AIM market listing and a subsequent merger to create Impellam Group. Richard is also a non-executive director of the NHS Partners Network.
Matthew joined InHealth in January 2016 and is responsible for leading and growing InHealth's diagnostic services, ensuring that we meet our customers' needs and deliver excellent access to the highest quality care for patients.
Prior to joining InHealth, Matthew was responsible for the leadership and direction of the Healthcare IT business at GE Healthcare where his remit included sales, operations and service across radiology, cardiology, pathology and critical care solutions.
A registered pharmacist, Matthew also holds an MBA from the London Business School and a PhD in medical decision making. He has worked both for the NHS and for a number of multi-national businesses supplying products and services to the NHS including Smith and Nephew, Toshiba Medical systems, Getinge and General Electric.
Alice is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from Imperial College, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Director. With over three years of experience in healthcare, she has extensive financial and commercial experience gained from working with customers in both the private sector and in the UK Government and US Federal Government departments. Prior to joining InHealth in December 2011, Alice was CFO and Deputy Company Secretary of the listed environmental and energy efficiency and data management consultancy, the AEA Group, having also held a number of leadership roles within the Group. She has built relationships with a number of banks and financial institutions accessing funding through both equity and debt markets to fund both UK and overseas acquisitions. She has led risk and legacy management teams reporting into Audit Committees under listed companies corporate governance frameworks that she has been instrumental in designing.
Alice is passionate about quality and continuous improvement in process efficiency in all areas of the organisation through staff engagement, learning and development and led InHealth to achieve the Gold Investors in People Accreditation in 2013. She has developed the supplier base to include key partners with whom InHealth has built long term relationships, managing the group’s working capital to ensure that terms agreed with partner organisations are met in accordance with the CBI code of practice. Her previous career was with South West water plc after having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.
Maneesh joined InHealth in June 2012, after fifteen years in management consulting and industry with blue chip corporations across healthcare and business services. He has extensive experience of advising independent sector healthcare providers on driving top line growth, performance improvement and developing new services.
At InHealth, Maneesh is accountable for all specialist healthcare services across cardiology, endoscopy, audiology, health assessment and community outpatient services. He is also responsible for leading the development of new healthcare services and solutions to enable InHealth to deliver higher quality and more accessible healthcare to patients.
Marc joined InHealth in July 2014. He has extensive experience of leading IT organisations within the independent health sector with a focus on organisational and leadership development. He was CIO for Spire Healthcare, the independent hospital group, and Viapath, the UK’s leading independent pathology business, establishing IT functions in both organisations to support clinical staff in the provision of the highest level of care.
Prior to moving into the health sector Marc spent 10 years with BAA, the international airports group, where he implemented group-wide IT governance, improved the alignment between the IT function and the operation and introduced a number of significant innovations.
Marc has a particular interest in integrating the IT function into the core of our business to deliver a great customer experience and a safe patient experience – and to eliminate waste wherever possible.
Ben’s healthcare experience is wide-ranging. He started his career as a physician, practising in NHS for five years before transitioning to management consulting with McKinsey and Company, where he worked in the Firm’s healthcare practice first in London, and subsequently in the United States. He has been an operator in a number of early stage ventures spanning medical devices, enterprise analytics and healthcare IT. More recently he worked as Associate Director of Transformation at St. George’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Ben studied medicine at University College Medical School, London and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England
