InHealth becomes first provider to introduce revolutionary technology through Siemens MAGNETOM Flow.Elite scanner

We are thrilled to announce InHealth as the first independent provider in Great Britain and Ireland to introduce Siemens MAGNETOM Flow.Elite MRI scanners into our mobile services, partnering with Siemens Healthineers to adopt this groundbreaking technology.

This new addition represents the pinnacle of diagnostic technology, introducing a sustainable era of AI-powered and helium-independent MRI with 30%-45% annual energy savings versus previous generations.

The MAGNETOM Flow.Elite is a next-generation 1.5T Siemens platform that boasts simplified workflows, an enhanced patient experience and pioneering AI-enhanced imaging. This revolutionary technology promises to deliver high-quality results at unprecedented speeds.

Once the new model launches in early 2026, these scanners will be available within the InHealth mobile fleet and allow patients to benefit from the scanner’s short and open appearance, which reduces anxiety and claustrophobia, as well as enhanced communication through upgraded headphones that contribute to a more comfortable experience.

From a healthcare professional perspective, the MAGNETOM Flow.Elite empowers staff across the entire imaging process, using groundbreaking AI-enhanced imaging and exceptional workflow efficiency. The platform utilises ultra-lightweight coils designed for maximum comfort and increased signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

In addition, the Quiet Suite technology enables complete, quiet examinations for neurology and orthopedics, reducing sound pressure levels by at least 70%. This noise reduction is achieved through QuietX, an intelligent algorithm that effectively minimises noise generated by the gradient coils.

The Siemens MAGNETOM Flow.Elite is set to redefine the standards of MRI technology and we are excited to be leading the way in delivering these advancements to our patients and colleagues.
