InHealth recognised in the Financial Times UK’s Best Employers 2026 ranking

We are incredibly proud to share that InHealth has been named one of the Financial Times’ UK Best Employers 2026, in a ranking developed in partnership with Statista.

This national ranking recognises organisations that demonstrate strong commitment to creating positive, engaging working environments. It is based on independent, large-scale employee surveys across UK organisations with more than 250 employees, incorporating over 400,000 anonymous evaluations gathered across two years.

At its core, the ranking is driven by a single measure: whether employees would recommend their employer to others. This reflects levels of trust, engagement and organisational culture. InHealth’s inclusion, alongside consistently strong results from its own staff survey, highlights a workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to develop.

Maz Fosh, Chief People Officer, said: “This recognition reflects the experience of our people and the importance we place on creating an inclusive, supportive environment where colleagues can grow and make a meaningful contribution. We remain committed to strengthening this culture further.”

This achievement provides a strong foundation as the organisation continues to prioritise colleague feedback and ongoing improvement.
